Oil Blender Model LTHQ

Working Principle 

The LTHQ oil blender is connected to the liquid inlet pipeline via the equipment flange. The side wall and top of the blender housing are equipped with liquid spray nozzles. During feeding, the liquid is sprayed out from the uniformly distributed nozzles around, allowing the incoming material to fully mix with the existing material in the tank without the need for separate operation. This achieves uniform heat transfer, shortens blending time, and offers advantages such as energy saving, reduced consumption, and minimized evaporation loss. It features a compact structure, convenient and safe operation, high efficiency, and prevention of oil oxidation. The product series includes single-nozzle and multi-nozzle types. The single-nozzle type is a streamlined cone shape. The multi-nozzle types are available in combinations of 5 and 7 nozzles, offering benefits such as shortened circulation time, energy saving, reduced consumption, and minimized evaporation loss. Technical Requirements

The LTHQ blender is designed based on factors such as tank size, liquid viscosity, installation location, pump head, etc., to determine the inclination angle of the side nozzles and the nozzle aperture size.
The nominal pressure of the LTHQ oil blender produced by our company is generally 1.6 MPa, with nominal diameters of DN100, DN150, DN200, DN250, and DN300. The material is determined based on the stored substance in the user's tank.

The LTHQ oil blender solves problems that agitators cannot address. It is particularly suitable for blending with specific ratio requirements, a wide range of ratio variations, large batches, and medium to high-grade materials. It offers high efficiency, easy management, and no dead zones in blending.
